Great Spanish Food, Made with Love and Ready to Order!

I hosted a Lularoe Party recently and catered food from Luzma Kitchen.  The owner is from Venezuela and her food is amazing.  She makes great biscotti, salsas and a wonderful quinoa salad but there are two items on her menu that I would highly recommend: her tuna and her emapanada gallega.  The first is made with an Asian twist and, although it is canned, it is super tasty.  The latter might sound foreign to most, but it is extremely party friendly.  It is basically a large pie filled with chicken, beef, or salt cod.  The dough is not quite a pie pastry – it does not have that much butter, but it is amazing.  My kids love it and I know it has been a hit at the parties in which it has been served.  So, if you live in the Houston area, please keep her in mind for catering. You will not regret it!!
